What format are the cookies in?
Both Netscape (curl, requests, Scrapy) and JSON (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium 4+) — bundled per-account in your zip.
How long do accounts last?
With sane usage (residential proxy from same geo, no extreme rates), most accounts hold for weeks to months. We replace dead-on-arrival accounts free for 7 days. Beyond 7 days, replacement is at our discretion based on the failure pattern.
Can I get a different geo?
PH (Philippines) is our default. We can fulfill MA (Morocco) on request, and have ID (Indonesia), IN (India), VN (Vietnam) for enterprise orders. Email us.
Do I need a proxy?
Strongly recommended — residential or mobile proxy from the same country as the account. We don't bundle proxies; bring your own (Bright Data, DataImpulse, IPRoyal) or ask us for a referral.
Do you offer API access?
For Enterprise customers (250+ accounts/month) we provide a REST API for programmatic ordering. Email support to set it up.
