Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Bakimon service (the "Service"), operated by Rippleit Co. ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. What Bakimon Provides
Bakimon supplies pre-configured research accounts and associated session cookies for the purpose of automated testing, QA pipelines, scraping infrastructure, and data-collection research. The Service is intended for software developers, data engineers, QA teams, and research organizations.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- QA testing of your own software that integrates with Instagram
- Automated data collection for research, analysis, or business intelligence purposes consistent with applicable law and the terms of platforms you interact with
- Building, testing, and operating Apify actors, Playwright scripts, or similar automation tooling
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in fraud, identity theft, harassment, or impersonation
- Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or illegal material
- Violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the accounts or cookies in their original form
3. Customer Responsibility
Customer is solely responsible for the use of any accounts and cookies delivered by the Service, including responsibility for compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform with which Customer interacts. Bakimon delivers infrastructure; the Customer determines the lawfulness and policy-compliance of their own use.
4. Replacement Guarantee
We replace any account that arrives in a non-functional state (suspended, logged-out, or login-challenged on first use) within 7 days of delivery, free of charge. See our Refund & Replacement Policy for the full procedure.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that any specific account will remain operational beyond the replacement window, that any specific use case will work without additional engineering effort by the Customer (such as proxy configuration), or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy. Because delivery is digital and immediate, we generally do not refund orders that have been delivered, but we replace defective accounts within the guarantee window.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, the Bakimon name, logo, website, code, documentation, and other materials are the property of Rippleit Co. and protected by intellectual property laws. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered accounts and cookies for their own internal use.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks not made in good faith, or any conduct that puts us, our other customers, or third parties at risk.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rippleit Co. is established. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
