Refund & Replacement Policy

Replacement guarantee — 7 days
Any account that is dead on arrival — meaning suspended, logged out, or login-challenged the first time you load the cookies — will be replaced free of charge within 24 business hours of your report.
To request a replacement:
- Reply to your delivery email (or send a new email to support@bakimon.com)
- Include your Order ID (in the delivery email)
- List the affected usernames
- Briefly describe what happened (e.g. "Cookies expired on first load", "Account asks for SMS verification we can't complete")
We don't require you to send screenshots or proof in most cases — if your usage is reasonable, we trust the report.
What the guarantee covers
- Accounts that arrive already suspended or banned
- Cookies that fail to authenticate on the first request
- Accounts immediately challenged for SMS / email re-verification
What the guarantee does not cover
- Accounts that work initially and are later banned due to your usage pattern (rate limits, datacenter IPs, suspicious automation patterns)
- Accounts used outside their delivered geo without an appropriate proxy (e.g. PH-geo account hit from a US datacenter IP)
- Accounts shared between multiple operators / scrapers (which causes Instagram to flag the session)
- Reports filed more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Because each pack is digitally delivered and the cookies are usable the moment they leave our system, we generally do not refund delivered orders. Instead, we replace defective accounts.
We will issue a refund in these specific cases:
- We are unable to fulfill an order (e.g. our inventory is exhausted and replacement stock cannot be produced within 48 hours). In this case the full purchase amount is refunded.
- A duplicate or accidental order, reported within 1 hour of purchase and before delivery has occurred.
- Catastrophic systemic failure on our end (e.g. zip file corrupted, wrong order delivered) that we cannot fix by re-delivering.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in account suspension and being placed on a do-not-sell list. We aim to make every legitimate complaint right within 24 business hours.
